Face recognition for event & project photos
Your photos, every face found.
Upload the photos from your event. Factrapic finds everyone in them, groups them into people, and lets you name each person once. Then share them exactly the photos they're in — or export who-was-where to Excel.

From a folder of photos to who was there
Four steps. The first two are automatic.
01
Upload
Drag in hundreds of photos from an event, a shoot or a season. Duplicates are skipped automatically.
02
Recognise
Every face is detected and grouped into people — the same person across all photos, without you tagging anything.
03
Name once
Type a name on one face and it applies everywhere. Add company, role and country for searchable attendee lists.
04
Share & export
Send each person a private link to the photos they're in, or export who-is-in-which-photo to Excel.
Built for people who shoot a lot of people
Remembers people across projects
Turn on account-wide matching and attendees from last year's conference are recognised at this year's — names carry over.
Personal share links
Share the whole project or just the photos one person appears in. Each link is tied to an email and expires when you say.
Teammates with roles
Invite editors to name and organise, viewers to browse. Everyone works in the same project at the same time.
Excel export
One sheet of photos with the people in each, one sheet of people with company, role and country. Ready for your CRM.
Search by person
Find every photo of a sponsor, a speaker or a guest in seconds. Filter by name, company, role or country.
Nothing is ever deleted
Archive faces or people by mistake? Restore them from the archive. Merged a duplicate? Their photos move with them.
Conferences & summits
Send every speaker and sponsor their photos the same evening. Export an attendee sheet for the follow-up campaign.
Weddings & private events
Guests get a private link to the photos they appear in — nothing else. Links expire when you choose.
Agencies & studios
One workspace per client, teammates with the right permissions, as many events as the year brings — one yearly price.
Two plans. No surprises.
Pay once for an event, or subscribe for the year. Start free either way.

Questions, answered
Who is Factrapic for?+
Event organisers, conference teams, photographers, agencies and marketing teams — anyone who comes home with a thousand photos and needs to know who is in them.
How accurate is the recognition?+
Very good on clear, front-facing photos; less so on tiny or sideways faces. When it splits one person in two, merge them with one click — when it joins two people, archive the wrong face. Nothing is lost either way.
Where are my photos stored?+
On the Factrapic server, in your project only. Share links serve exactly the photos in their scope and nothing else. Deleting a project removes its files.
Do the people in my photos need to do anything?+
No. Recognition runs on the photos you upload. Share links are read-only and don't require an account.
Can I try it before paying?+
Yes — every account gets a free project with up to 50 photos, no card required. Upgrade it any time to keep the work you've done.
